Nice candle, good experience overall
I bought a Luxury Glass Jar Candle, Woody Scented, and a couple of Wax Melts. The ordering process was pretty straightforward on their site. The candle itself has a really pleasant, subtle scent that isn't overwhelming, and it's burning nicely so far. It took about 6 days for the package to arrive after I placed the order, which was fine. The packaging was secure, everything came intact. I didn't need to contact customer support, so can't speak to that. The wax melts are also good, they've got a decent throw. I appreciate that the diamond is actually certified, makes it a bit more special. Overall, a solid purchase.
Good candle, slow delivery
Got a Fresh Scented Candle a couple weeks ago. It smells really nice, not too strong. Took about 8 days to reach me in California, which felt a bit long, but it arrived in perfect condition. The packaging was good and it burns evenly. I'd probably order again if there's a scent I really want.
